Terms of Service

Last updated October 3, 2026

JARVIS OS is operated by Founder Drew LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account and using JARVIS OS, you agree to what is written below. It is written in plain English on purpose.

1. Membership and access

JARVIS Free is available without a paid membership. JARVIS and JARVIS Pro are paid subscriptions billed by Founder Drew LLC through Stripe. The Skool communities are free and do not make your account a paid member. If your paid subscription ends, your account moves to JARVIS Free; you keep your profile and history, but member credits and benefits end. Existing eligible Skool members may have temporary grandfathered access shown in their Billing page.

You can sign in with Google or an emailed link. Keep your account and mailbox secure. One account is for one person; do not share your sign-in link.

2. Credits and AI usage

AI routines and chat use credits shown before you run them. Free accounts start with starter credits and can claim a monthly free drop. Paid plans refill monthly without rollover. Purchased top-up credits are for paying members and expire 12 months after purchase. There are no automatic overage charges. If you choose to connect your own Anthropic API key, charges from Anthropic on that key remain your responsibility.

You are also responsible for your own accounts with any other tool you connect, such as Notion or a scheduler.

3. Review of chats

Drew and any admin he designates may read your chats and run logs to fix problems and improve the product. Never paste passwords, API keys or other secrets into chat. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and who can see it.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

JARVIS OS is a tool. We do not promise revenue, followers, views, savings, accuracy or any other result. AI output can be wrong, so review anything before you publish it, send it or file it. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

5. Refunds

For questions about a JARVIS subscription or top-up payment, contact us at team@FounderDrew.com. Stripe processes payments for paid plans. Third-party charges, including any charges from an API key you choose to connect, are handled by that provider.

6. Modules may change

Modules, integrations, limits and features are added, changed or removed as the product develops. A module you use today may work differently later, and some modules require a higher tier. We will not remove something core without telling members.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use JARVIS OS to:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights, including copyright
  • create spam, scams, harassment, hate or sexual content involving minors
  • impersonate a person or business you do not represent
  • resell, sublicense or rebrand JARVIS OS as your own product
  • scrape, probe, overload or reverse engineer the service
  • upload material you do not have the rights to

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, with a refund of any unused membership time.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put in and what Jarvis produces for you. You give us permission to store and process it so the service can run, and to review it as described above.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Founder Drew LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

11. Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and notify account holders. Questions: team@FounderDrew.com.
